How ToyPal One Works: A Parent's Guide

ToyPal One turns a compatible soft toy into an audio storyteller. This guide explains exactly what the current product does, what the grown-up controls and what is not included.
What ToyPal One is
ToyPal One is the heart-shaped Bluetooth storytelling device. It attaches to a compatible soft toy using ToyPal's patented attachment mechanism, then plays audio selected by a parent or caregiver.
The device is designed for children aged 3–8. The soft toy shown in photographs is not included.
How it works
- Attach: secure ToyPal One to a suitable soft toy.
- Choose: a grown-up opens the ToyPal app on a compatible iOS or Android phone and selects a story, song or lullaby.
- Listen: the phone sends the audio to ToyPal One by Bluetooth and the sound plays through the soft toy.
ToyPal One is app-connected. The current product does not independently browse or choose stories without the phone.
Content and personalisation
The app includes access to 500+ stories, songs and lullabies. Optional personalised stories can use parent-approved details such as a child's first name, family members, pets and favourite soft toy. Personalised-story availability and any applicable options are shown in the parent-managed app.
Privacy by design
ToyPal One has no microphone and no camera. It does not listen to a child, respond to spoken questions or record the room. The device also does not show advertising. A grown-up manages content from the app.
Personalised story creation may involve information entered by the adult. Review the current privacy information before submitting personal details.

Current product versus future development
Episodes, automatic sound effects, trusted-family story sharing and child-independent offline playback are being developed or tested for the next app and ToyPal Two. They are not current ToyPal One features and should not be used as the basis for buying ToyPal One today.
